Introduction
These Terms & Conditions serve as a legally binding contract between our clients ("you" or "user") and BookPublishing.sg ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, engaging with it, or utilising our services, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms without any objections.
Services
BookPublishing.sg provides a variety of publishing services, including the publication of books, eBooks, and other written content. The clauses in this document are applicable to every service we offer, ensuring a uniform standard across all our offerings.
Subscriptions
By accepting these terms, you may choose to subscribe to our newsletters, receive marketing materials, or get other updates via email or digital channels. If you wish to unsubscribe from these communications at any time, please contact us at info@bookpublishing.sg
Purchase Policy
When purchasing our services, BookPublishing.sg may ask for certain information, including your personal and payment details. Providing accurate and complete information is vital for ensuring a smooth transaction process. BookPublishing.sg may utilise third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By submitting your information, you consent to us sharing the necessary details with these payment processors. BookPublishing.sg retains the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to service unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues during the ordering process. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and aim to satisfy our clients fully. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following terms: If our publishing services do not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request adjustments up to two times, as your satisfaction is our priority. If you remain dissatisfied and seek a refund, your request will be reviewed by senior management. The refund amount will be determined based on the project's progress and the specific reasons for your claim.
- Marketing Services (e.g., Book Marketing, Online Promotion): Refunds for our marketing services are not accepted. These services require upfront payment and involve extensive planning. Once you approve our strategy, all refund requests will be denied.
- Publishing Services: The publishing process includes various steps, such as formatting, editing, and design. As such, this service is non-refundable. Once the publishing process is initiated, clients cannot cancel their orders, and no refunds will be provided.
Revision Policy
To ensure complete client satisfaction, we offer free revisions. Customers have a 5-10 day window to address any concerns and request edits. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted. The following rules apply to our revision policy:
- Publishing Services: Your contract will specify the number of revisions we provide at no extra charge, ensuring that the work is refined to your satisfaction. Any revisions beyond this will incur additional fees.
- Other Services: Revision requests for marketing and additional writing or editing services are handled on a case-by-case basis. The agreement's scope and nature will determine how these revisions are managed.
Ineligibility of Refund Claims
- Minor Errors or Technicalities: Refunds will not be issued for minor errors such as small grammatical mistakes, typos, slight variations in word count, or the inclusion of references.
- Client-Related Delays: We are not accountable for delays caused by the client, and no refunds will be given in such instances.
- Low Word Count: Refund requests based solely on a lower word count than expected will not be entertained.
- Failure to Submit Concerns: Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to raise concerns regarding the delivered work.
- Additional Requirements or Unreasonable Demands: Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client adding new requirements or making unreasonable demands that were not part of the original order.
- Exclusion of Tips: Tips given to our writers or team members are non-refundable.
Change of Mind
- Before Starting the Project: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Kindly note that cancellations arising from a change of mind cannot be accepted. Where applicable, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- After Starting the Project: Refund requests made after the project has commenced will only be considered if the client has used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.
Late Delivery
- On-Time Delivery Guarantee: At BookPublishing.sg, we guarantee timely delivery. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay and the client has made at least three attempts to contact our support team, a 50% refund will be processed. The client must provide documented evidence that the delay was due to our fault.
- Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries will not be considered if the delay is due to the client's actions.
- Mutual Agreement: Any refund disputes will be settled through mutual agreement between the client and BookPublishing.sg.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds or future discounts may be offered as compensation.
Inadequate Delivery
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality publishing services that meet our clients' goals. We encourage feedback and are willing to reassign or rewrite the work to ensure satisfaction. Refund requests will only be considered if the client has requested at least three revisions in documented form and has communicated their concerns to our support or project management team on at least three occasions within a two-week period. All communications, updates, and delivery-related matters should be conducted through our official channels, such as email, project management tools, or assigned contact numbers. Be wary of any calls or emails from unverified sources claiming to represent our company. BookPublishing.sg is not responsible for any scams or fraudulent activities originating from such sources.
